Agrodome Farm Show

1. Admission is subject to a valid ticket or confirmed booking.
2. Guests should arrive at the designated venue before the scheduled show time.
3. Visitors must follow the instructions of Agrodome staff, presenters, animal handlers and authorised personnel.
4. Guests must remain in designated seating, viewing and visitor areas during the show.
5. Visitors must not enter animal-handling or restricted operational areas unless specifically invited or supervised.
6. Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult.
7. Visitors must not feed, touch, chase or deliberately disturb animals unless participation is specifically permitted by Agrodome staff.
8. Guests must follow all animal-welfare and safety instructions provided during demonstrations and animal encounters.
9. Visitors should exercise caution around livestock, working dogs, farm machinery and other agricultural equipment.
10. Guests must not interfere with farm equipment, fencing, facilities or working areas.
11. Littering, vandalism and damage to property are prohibited.
12. Photography for personal use is generally permitted, subject to show, animal-welfare and staff instructions.
13. Commercial photography, professional filming or organised photo shoots may require prior permission.
14. Visitors must not use photography or recording equipment in a way that disturbs animals or interferes with the presentation.
15. The show schedule, animal demonstrations and activities may be modified or cancelled because of animal welfare, weather, operational or safety considerations.
16. Outdoor farm activities may be affected by rain, strong winds or other adverse weather conditions.
17. Certain activities may have age, height, mobility or participation requirements.
18. Visitors should wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear, particularly if participating in outdoor farm activities.
19. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
20. Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the specific Agrodome ticket, package or booking channel.
21. If the show is cancelled or modified by the operator because of weather, animal welfare, operational issues or safety requirements, refund or alternative arrangements will be handled according to the applicable booking conditions.
22. Late arrival or failure to attend may result in loss of the booking without refund, subject to the provider's terms.
23. If Agrodome Farm Show is booked as part of an organised Rotorua sightseeing package, the tour operator's cancellation and refund policy will also apply.
