  • Accessibility: Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted, and the park has facilities to accommodate guests with disabilities,with specific guidelines for ride participation.
  • Children's Zone: IMG Kids Zone has its own set of rules, including requirements for footwear, cleanliness, and adult supervision for younger children.
  • Special Events: Tickets may not be valid for special events or concerts that require separate admission fees.
Terms & Conditions

General Conduct:

  • Visitors should be polite and respectful.
  • Climbing or standing on barriers is prohibited.
  • Visual representations that could be threatening or abusive are not allowed. 

Age and Supervision:

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (16 or older).
  • The Haunted Hotel has a minimum age of 15. 

Prohibited Items:

  • Weapons, explosives, and illegal substances are not allowed.
  • Outside food and beverages are prohibited.
  • Alcohol is not permitted within the park.
  • Sharp objects, lighters, luggage bags, and knives are also prohibited. 

Tickets and Access:

  • Tickets are valid only for the date and time printed on them. 
  • Tickets may not be valid for special events or concerts. 
  • Disabled guests may enter with a full-priced ticket and one helper can enter free with them.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
