Activity Policies

Health & Medical:

  • Good physical and mental health is required. 
  • Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. 
  • Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are prohibited. 
  • Those with back problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical issues should consult a doctor before participating. 

Clothing & Attire:

  • Wear modest, comfortable clothing.
  • Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
  • Avoid skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or any loose footwear.
  • Hair should be tied back, and jewelry should be removed. 

Other Restrictions:

  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. 
  • Large accessories should be left behind.

  • Age: 12-65 years old (under 18s need a legal guardian) 
  • Weight: 45-100 kg 
  • Height: Minimum 130 cm 
  • Health: Must be in good medical condition, not pregnant 
  • Substance Use: Not under the influence of alcohol or drugs 
  • Dress Code: Casual, sporty, comfortable clothing (no dresses, skirts, or beachwear), closed-toe shoes (trainers) 
  • Other: Hair should be tied up, and large accessories should be left at home  
  • Safety: The experience includes safety gear, lockers, and may include photos and videos.
Cancellation Policy
  • This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. 
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
