  • Height, Age, Weight & Health: Visitors must meet the specified requirements for each ride and attraction. 
  • Safety: Running, damaging park property, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. 
  • Swimming: Non-swimmers and weak swimmers must wear life jackets in certain areas. 
  • Attire: Proper swimwear is required, and personal flotation devices are not permitted. 
  • Sun Protection & Hydration: Sun cream, caps, and hats are recommended, and guests should drink plenty of water. 
  • Personal Belongings: The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  • Food & Drinks: Outside food and drinks (including glass bottles) are not allowed.

  • Food & Drink: Outside coolers, food, and beverages (except for special infant or medical needs) are not permitted. 
  • Alcohol: Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited. 
  • Age/Height Restrictions: Some rides have height restrictions, and guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • Copyright: LEGOLAND Dubai attractions, rides, and LEGO models are protected by copyright. 
  • Dress Code: While there is no general dress code for Dubai Parks and Resorts, appropriate swimwear is recommended for the water park. 
  • One-Day Visit: Legoland recommends a full day to enjoy both LEGOLAND Dubai and the Water Park. 
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
