Activity Policies

Prohibited Activities:

  • Photography & Videography: Professional cameras and drones are not permitted without prior approval from the management. 
  • Flower Picking: It's strictly prohibited to pick any flowers or damage the floral displays. 
  • Food and Drink: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the garden. 
  • Barbeque: Barbeque activities are prohibited. 
  • Vehicles & Pets: Cars, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, balls, and pets are not permitted inside. 
  • Unruly Behavior: Visitors who pose a threat to the garden or its flowers, or engage in misconduct, may be expelled. 

Allowed Activities & Guidelines:

  • Designated Areas: Use only the designated walkways, passages, and exits. 
  • Sitting: Sitting is only allowed in designated areas. 
  • Respectful Conduct: Visitors are expected to be respectful of the garden and other guests. 
  • Wheelchair Accessibility: The garden is wheelchair accessible, but rentals are not available.
  • Prayer Rooms: Prayer rooms are available for visitors. 
  • First Aid: A first aid room is available for minor injuries or if a visitor feels unwell. 
  • Souvenir Shops: Visitors can purchase souvenirs at the gift shops. 
  • Parking: Ample parking is available.

  • Professional cameras and drones: Their use is not allowed inside the garden. 
  • Flower picking: This is strictly prohibited. 
  • Outside food and beverages: Bringing these into the garden is not permitted. 
  • Vehicles (cars, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards): These are not allowed inside. 
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the garden. 
  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited. 
  • Eating and drinking in transfer vehicles: If your visit includes transfer services, eating and drinking inside the vehicle is not allowed, according to Trip.com. 
  • Professional photo/video shoots: These require prior approval from the management office.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
