  • Weight: Weight restrictions are common, often with a maximum limit around 100-120 kg. 
  • Physical Fitness: Participants should have a reasonable level of physical fitness and be free of back problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical issues. 
  • Clothing: Comfortable outdoor clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt, is recommended. Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or sports shoes) are required for walking on the cables. 
  • Personal Items: Avoid bringing valuable items that could be lost or damaged during the activity. 
  • Weather: The experience may be canceled due to severe weather conditions like high winds or heavy rain. 
  • Health: Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions may be restricted from participating. 
Cancellation Policy
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the experience's start time usually qualify for a full refund. 
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the experience, or if you fail to show up, generally result in no refund.
  • Weather Cancellations: If the experience is cancelled due to poor weather, you will likely be offered a different date or a full refund. 
  • Cut-off Times: Cancellation and rescheduling cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
