  • Included Items: Some tickets may include overcoats and drinks, while others may require separate purchases for these items. 
  • Hotel Transfer: If hotel transfer is included, it may be limited to a specific radius around the city center.

Ticket Usage:

  • Tickets are typically valid for a single use on the date and time specified on the voucher.
  • Some packages include round-trip transfers, and pickup information (hotel name and address) may be required during booking.
  • Children's ticket prices are usually based on height, with those over a certain height (e.g., 130cm) charged at the adult rate. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is often permitted once, with advance notice (usually 3 working days) required.
  • Cancellations may be subject to a fee, and the amount can vary depending on the time of cancellation.
  • Tickets may be non-refundable in cases of inclement weather, late arrival, no-shows, or if you choose not to use some or all of the services included in the ticket.
Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. 
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
