Terms & Conditions
  1. Valid Ticket: Visitors must have a valid ticket for the selected tour or experience. The booking reference or e-ticket must be presented when requested.
  2. Arrival Time: Visitors should arrive at the admissions entrance at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour time. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry without a refund.
  3. Ticket Conditions: Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. One online booking date change may be permitted when requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  4. Age Restrictions: Adults are persons aged 18 and over. Visitors aged 7–17 may attend when accompanied by a responsible adult, but anyone under 18 will not be served or permitted to consume alcohol during the tour.
  5. Visitor Conduct: Visitors must follow the instructions of their tour guide and comply with all health and safety requirements throughout the experience.
  6. Working Distillery: The distillery is an active production facility spread over multiple levels. Visitors must remain with their tour group and follow designated routes.
  7. Appropriate Footwear: Sensible footwear is required. Open-toe shoes, high heels and cleated cycling shoes are not suitable for the distillery tour.
  8. Photography: Visitors are encouraged to take and share photographs during their visit, provided photography does not interfere with the tour, staff or safety requirements.
  9. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and courtyard area.
  10. Animals: Pets and animals are not permitted inside the distillery, except for guide dogs.
  11. Security: Visitors may be required to allow themselves or their belongings to be searched to prevent dangerous articles or offensive weapons from entering the premises.
  12. Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is only available to visitors who meet the applicable legal age requirements. Under-18 visitors must not consume alcohol during the experience.
  13. Children: Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 or over. The distillery does not accept groups of children for school or educational visits.
  14. Accessibility: Visitors with accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact the distillery before their visit. One carer may be permitted free of charge with an eligible paying visitor.
  15. Refusal of Entry: The distillery may refuse admission or remove visitors without refund if they arrive late, appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behave disruptively, threaten staff or compromise health and safety.
  16. Closures & Changes: The distillery may temporarily close parts or all of the visitor experience for safety, maintenance or other operational reasons. Alternative dates or refunds may be offered in the event of a full closure, subject to the official terms.
