- Animals: Assistance and guide dogs are permitted in accordance with university regulations. Other animals may be restricted from buildings.
- Events & Academic Activities: Access to certain areas may be restricted during examinations, lectures, ceremonies, university events or other academic activities.
- Temporary Closures: Buildings, courtyards or other areas may be temporarily closed because of maintenance, construction, security requirements or university activities.

Cancellation Policy
The University of Glasgow campus does not require an admission ticket for general access. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies to visiting the university grounds. Any booked guided tour, visitor experience, or paid activity is subject to the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to that specific booking.
