Cancellation Policy
Ponte Vecchio is a public historic bridge in Florence and can be visited without an admission ticket or reservation. Therefore, no cancellation or refund policy applies to visiting the bridge itself. Any ticketed tour, guided experience, or other attraction associated with Ponte Vecchio is subject to the cancellation terms of the respective operator.
