Cancellation Policy
  1. For Musei Fan Experience bookings, cancellation is free up to 3 days before the selected date.
  2. Cancellation up to 1 day before the selected date incurs a charge of €22 per person.
  3. Same-day cancellation incurs the full cost of the service.
  4. Changes or cancellations must be made by telephone during museum opening hours, followed by an email to museo@ferrari.com.
  5. For the Fiorano Track/Ferrari Factory shuttle tour, if Ferrari cancels the tour, the total amount is refunded
