  5. Luggage Restrictions: Large bags and luggage are not permitted inside the Tower. Visitors must use the designated luggage storage facility where applicable.

Cancellation Policy
  1. An order that includes a Leaning Tower ticket can be cancelled or modified up to 2 hours before the selected visit time.
  2. The visit time can be modified, but the date cannot be changed under the standard individual booking policy.
  3. The full refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time taken for the refund depends on the bank or card issuer.
  4. Unused tickets are not refundable if the cancellation conditions are not met.
  5. If you arrive late for your Tower time slot, you will not be admitted and no refund will be provided.
  6. Orders containing used or cancelled tickets cannot subsequently be modified or cancelled.
